On the occasion of the board of directors of B&B TOOLS AB (publ) has decided to propose to an extra general meeting of shareholders in B&B TOOLS, 14 June 2017, resolves to distribute shares in the subsidiary Momentum Group AB to the shareholders in B&B TOOLS, which is published through a press release on 22 may 2017, the Momentum Group set up its own year-end report for the financial year 2016/17. Financial statements have been prepared on a voluntary basis and are published to provide supplementary financial information to the shareholders.
The historical financial information has been prepared as combined financial statements of the reporting entity which consists of the Momentum Group ltd and the entities included in the Momentum Group-the group under the current structure. These financial statements are the Momentum Group’s first financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS, and consequently apply IFRS 1, First time adoption of IFRS. Capital markets day June 7, 2017
As a further step in the process before the distribution of the Momentum Group to the shareholders of B&B TOOLS, invited investors, analysts and media to a capital markets day on Wednesday 7 June 2017 in Stockholm. The purpose is primarily to present the Momentum of the Group ahead of a separate listing on Nasdaq Stockholm, but also to the remaining operations within the B&B TOOLS, after the division of the group* will be presented. The presentation will be in Swedish.
* In connection to the division of the group relates to the B&B TOOLS, to change the name to Bergman & Beving.
TIME: Wednesday June 7, 2017 there is a 08:30-12:00.
