Previously published through a press release on may 22, 2017, the board of directors of B&B TOOLS AB (publ) has decided to propose to an extra general meeting of shareholders in B&B TOOLS, 14 June 2017, resolves to distribute shares in the subsidiary Momentum Group AB to the shareholders in B&B TOOLS. In view of the planned dividend, the nomination committee proposes in the B&B TOOLS also the election of the new board of the B&B TOOLS, to be decided at the extraordinary general meeting on 14 June 2017.
In order to provide the shareholders of B&B TOOLS additional information for the extraordinary general meeting on 14 June 2017, B&B TOOLS has established an information package. The information package has today been published, and is available at B&B TOOLS ‘ website (under the menu corporate Governance / annual general meeting / Extraordinary general meetings). The information package will also be distributed to directly registered shareholders in Sweden by mail.
