B&B TOOLS acquires service company in electromechanics

Rörick Electrical Verkstad AB, a subsidiary within the B&B TOOLS group, specializing in electromechanical services, has today signed an agreement for the acquisition of all the shares in Arboga Machine Tool AB (“AMT”). AMT is a service company that provides sales and renovation of bearings and machine guards, as well spindelrenoveringar with the workshop in Arboga. AMT has a turnover of around SEK 10 million per year, with good profitability and has 5 employees.

“Arboga Machine Tool is a well-established company with a high level of specialist expertise that complements and strengthens the Röricks offer in electromechanical service”, says Ulf Lilius, PRESIDENT & ceo of B&B TOOLS. “The acquisition is in line with the strategy for our operating segments, Momentum Group, and we see good opportunities for further development.”

Admission is expected to occur on march 1, 2017. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on B&B TOOLS ‘ earnings per share during the current financial year.
