CHICAGO, June 6, 2017 — Boeing confirms today that a 737 MAX 9 trial participate in the demonstrations in flight at the 52nd International exhibition of Aeronautics and Space which will take place from 19 to 25 June at the airport of Paris-Le Bourget.
While the 737 MAX 9 has made its first flight sometime in April, Boeing and the company’s malaise Malindo Air have celebrated delivery of the first 737 MAX 8 in the last month. The 737 MAX is the plane that is sold the most quickly in the history of Boeing, totalling more than 3,700 orders from 87 customers around the world.
At the paris air show, Boeing will also present a 787-10 Dreamliner test volume Last born of the family 787, the longest of the Dreamliner displays economic performance outstanding. The Dash 10 has made its first flight in march and is expected to enter commercial service in 2018.
Several customers and partners of Boeing will present aircraft at le Bourget. Qatar Airways has planned to introduce a boeing 777-300ER aircraft, including the cabin in business class has been completely redesigned. The u.s. department of Defense (US DoD) should submit multiple platforms Boeing : the maritime patrol aircraft and anti-submarine warfare (ASW) P-8A Poseidon, V-22, a multipurpose aircraft, tiltrotor ; and the attack helicopter AH-64 Apache and the heavy-lift transport helicopters CH-47 Chinook.
Several senior executives from the Boeing company will be present at le Bourget. Dennis Muilenburg, President and ceo of Boeing, will be accompanied by the leaders of the three divisions of the Company : Kevin McAllister, president & CEO of the division of Commercial Aviation (BCA) ; Leanne Caret, president, and CEO of the division of Defense, Space and Security (BDS) ; and Stan Deal, president and CEO of the new division dedicated to services (BGS).
“We are very excited to present our products to civilian and defence to the forefront of innovation, as well as our service capabilities, our customers and other key stakeholders around the world,” said Marc Allen, president of Boeing International.
