Analysis: Ericsson B buy signal triggered.

Ericsson B has shown underlying strength by not obtaining a foothold on the downside after a boost of support at 56.50 bc Since the end of February, the share price on a weekly basis rejected by this support from the top, which reflects an underlying strength, which led to an outbreak up yesterday.

Ericsson B has been a real underpresterare compared with the stock market as a whole, and has lost almost 2/3 of the market capitalization from the peak at 120sek from 2015. In nedgångsfasen, the shares have navigated after a well-defined descending trendkanal where kanaltaket acted as a resistance in case of a temporary upprekyler.

Share after a panikutförsäljning in October recovered the entire fall and once again established itself above 56.50 sek, which is again converted to a support. The outbreak upwards coincides with an establishment above the kanaltaket and the long-term jämviktsvärdet, MA 40 weeks, which is a clear sign of strength when the shares traded below since may 2015.

Since the end of February each test of 56.50 usd from the top, rejected on a weekly basis d.v.p. the stock has closed above which clearly reflects an underlying strength, and is interpreted as a ackumuleringsfas the face of a substantial rise. Yesterday forcerades 60.40 usd on the upper side which triggered a buy signal and gives the go-ahead for a new uppgångsfas against 66.50 followed by 83.50 £

We recommend, once again, a purchase, this time around the yesterday’s closing price. The emergency exit is placed at a closing on a weekly basis during 58.50 usd, målkurs is set to 72kr.

Would the share the against all odds show weakness by significant shut down during the utbrottsnivån is expected to further the reconciliation of the support around 56.50£.

The long trend in the form of the 40-week moving average is utplanande.

The stock is traded on the stockholm stock exchange, under the symbol ERIC B.
