Akka Technologies has entered a new phase of acceleration from 2015. With the arrival of Muriel Barnéoud and Valérie Magloire, to its Board of directors, Akka Technologies is changing its governance to keep pace with its rapid expansion. Now with three independent directors, the Group complies with the recommendations of the code of corporate governance Middlenext which it has subscribed.
Muriel Barnéoud, Director of Societal Commitment of the Group to the Position. After a first experience at Arthur Andersen, she joined The la Poste Group in 1994. It was for 6 years chairman and ceo of Docapost (a subsidiary of La Poste Group, 450 M turnover, 4.500 employees), where she led the transformation of the product mix of a business éditicien to that of an operator of the digital platforms. Former director on the Board of directors of Syntec Digital, she is on the supervisory Board of Inside Secure, to be elected to the CCI Ile-de-France and Chairman of the Board of management of The ESIEE.
Valérie Magloire, Head of Investor Relations at Michelin since July 2008. A graduate of the Institut d’etudes politiques de Paris, Valérie Magloire began his career at PSA Peugeot Citroën, first in the division management control of Peugeot, and as long-term finance specialist, and banking relations manager in the finance department of the Group. Between 1996 and 2008, she was in charge of investor relations at PSA Peugeot Citroën.
