© Reuters. Unibail-Rodamco: cancellation of treasury shares
Unibail-Rodamco (AS:UNBP) announces that its management board decided on October 23, to proceed to the cancellation of 34.870 treasury shares held by the group property, pursuant to a resolution of its annual general meeting on 25 April.
These shares were acquired under the buyback programme announced on 14 August, and represent 0.03% of the share capital and voting rights. After taking into account the capital reduction, the total number of shares in circulation amounted to 99.843.097 to October 31.
