HONG KONG (Reuters) – The chinese group Tencent has asked the Hong Kong stock Exchange to be able to quote separately his music online on a stock exchange in the United States.
“The operator’s stock market has confirmed that the company could perform the spin-off considered,” wrote the president of Tencent, Ma Huateng, in a document recorded on Sunday in the Hong Kong stock Exchange.
The chinese group did not specify on what stock Exchange are american it intends to make IPO of its activities of music on the internet.
The terms and conditions of this plan of arrangement, including the size of the offer or the price range, have not yet been defined, said Tencent.
