© Reuters. SPIE: install a transformer station under the Vrijthof
The SPIE group, today announced they have started the preparations for the installation of an electrical power system that will be used for events held on the Vrijthof square, in Maastricht.
In this framework, SPIE will install the first transformation station underground of the netherlands, with more than 660 metres of electrical cables under the pavement.
Operations will begin truly after the show of the power of Preuvenemint, which will be held at the end of August. They will need to be completed in time for the opening of the season of the carnival of the city, on the 11th of November.
