Societe generale (PA:SOGN) indicates that at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders of 23 may, the board of directors, unanimously, has renamed Lorenzo Bini Smaghi chairman of the board of directors.
The result of the renewal and appointments of directors, the board is composed of 14 members, including two directors elected by the employees in march 2018 for three years, and 42.9% of its members are women.
All resolutions proposed by the board were adopted by the general assembly, including the dividend per share set at 2.20 euro. It will be detached on may 30, and put in payment starting from the 1st of June.
