BERLIN (Reuters) – Lufthansa (DE:LHAG) waives the right to redeem the subsidiary Niki, Air Berlin, the european Commission informed it that it could not accept the transaction for reasons of competition.
The first German airline said that it had always redeem the subsidiary LGW Air Berlin and that it would submit a new proposal to the european Commission on Wednesday.
