Admiral Management, acting on behalf of funds it manages, said the AMF that it had crossed downward, on 24 January 2018, the threshold of 10% of the share capital of Linedata Services and to hold, for the account of such funds, 9,67% of the capital and 6,41% of the voting rights of the software publisher.
This crossing of thresholds results from a sale of shares Linedata Services on the market.
