© Reuters. Group Parot: acquisition project in Haute-Vienne
Group Parot announces the acquisition of two sites from the company Alfred Boos Development (ABD). This project has been filed with the competition Authority to date, and the transaction is expected to be finalised at the latest by 30 April 2018.
The perimeter that will be taken includes two concessions to Ford (NYSE:F) in Haute-Vienne (Limoges and Saint-Junien). Together, these sites have sold for 1,400 vehicles in 2017, of which 50% new and 50% used, for a total turnover of 20 million euros.
All 60 employees of the two sites will join the staff of the Group Parot as from 1 may 2018. The two grants will be consolidated into the accounts of the specialist car mobility on the same date. The transaction will be financed by bank debt.
