The Board of directors met today, has decided to propose to the General Meeting of shareholders of June 15, 2018, to renew the directors ‘ mandates of Patricia Moulin Lemoine, Mathilde Lemoine, Philippe Houzé, Nicolas Bazire, and Alexandre Bompard.

The Board also decided to propose the appointment of four new independent directors : Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, Aurore Domont, Stéphane Israel, and Stéphane Courbit, replacing Diane Labruyère-Cuilleret, Georges Ralli and Bertrand de Montesquiou, and Anne-Claire Taittinger.

Alexandre Bompard, Chairman and ceo of Carrefour (PA:CARR), said: ‘The Board of directors has decided to propose to the General Assembly the appointment of Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, Aurore Domont, Stéphane Israel, and Stéphane Courbit. Their experience and diverse profiles, and in particular their digital skills and entrepreneurship, will be valuable assets to accompany the implementation of the transformation plan of the Group, Carrefour 2022. ‘
