© Reuters. AkzoNobel: CFO appointed to the chemistry of specialties
AkzoNobel (AS:AKZO) announced the appointment of Renier Vree as chief financial officer (chief financial officer) of its activity in specialty chemicals, the appointment will come into effect from march 1, 2018.
Currently CFO and member of the executive board of Arcadis for which he worked for eight years, Renier Vree has spent the previous 20 years at Philips, most recently as CFO of Philips Lighting.
The chemistry group of the netherlands refers to as the two-way process of separation of its business of specialty chemicals, through a private sale or a spin-off legal, remains on track for April 2018.
