• Ian HUDSON and Jacques BREUIL join the Board of Directors

Clermont-Ferrand, July 4, 2017 (06.45 GMT) – CARBIOS (Euronext Growth Paris : ALCRB), a company pioneer in the field of the bioplasturgie, announces the appointment of Martin STEPHAN in the capacity of Deputy Director-General and those of Ian HUDSON and Jacques BREUIL as new members of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Martin STEPHAN has spent his entire career in the chemical industry, first in the chemical branch of Elf/Total and within the DuPont company, positions as well financial responsible activities, in France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. He joined CARBIOS in February 2017 as the Director of Operations in charge of overseeing the strategy, development and investor relations. Martin STEPHAN is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Ian HUDSON began his career within the company ICI, a british multinational company that specializes in chemicals and related sectors. In 1998, he joined the DuPont company where he served, for 17 years, many of the leadership roles. He retired in 2016 after having served over 10 years as President, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He was a member of the Executive Committee and board of CEFIC and EuropaBio. He was also a member of the Foundation Committee IMD, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce Swiss-American. Ian HUDSON is a graduate of the university of Oxford and holds a master’s degree in French and German.
Jacques BREUIL has joined the Group as a Barber in 1987 where he served as the Secretary-General. He is also a member of the Executive Council of Grain Valley and a director of the CTIPC and Plastipolis. Jacques BREUIL is the holder of a Master’s degree in economics from the Conservatoire National des Arts & Métiers (CNAM) and an Executive MBA from the Sorbonne.
