Sopra Steria (PA:SOPR) announces that it has finalized the 3 may the acquisition of Bluecarat, it services company German, according to the proposed acquisition announced on 8 January. It will enter the perimeter of Sopra Steria in the course of this month of may.
Specialist in strategic consulting, IT, Agile projects (including his Scrumcadamy), cyber/IT security and API management, Bluecarat has achieved organic growth in excess of 25% and an estimated turnover of around 33 million euros in 2017.
