Senioriales has just signed for the block sale of the future residence services seniors Sannois, today announced the subsidiary of the group Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs.
The buyer is AEW Ciloger, through the SCPI Immo Diversification.
The residence services seniors Sannois will open in march 2020. It will offer 93 furnished apartments, from T1 to T3, and will be available for hire by Senioriales.
