METabolic EXplorer says to have signed with a financial partner, a letter of intent aimed at the creation of a joint venture for the construction and operation of a plant for PDO/Butyric Acid.
The financial contribution of this partner -whose name is not specified – would be close to 19 million euros. The canadian society for biochemistry, industrial therefore confirms its decision to invest on the platform of Carling / Saint-Avold (Moselle).
This investment is subject to the suspensive conditions of use and to obtain prior to June 30, 2018 the last of the public funding required to allow this petrochemical plant to receive a first plant biochemistry industrial.
