Auplata announced that Brexia Gold Plata Peru (BGPP) has subscribed to a capital increase of Auplata in cash of an amount of 500,000 euros by issuing at par, at a price of 0.14 euro per share, of 3.571.428 new shares.
The alliance will be formalised through subscription by the ‘junior mining company’ peruvian a capital increase of Auplata in cash in the amount of 4.5 million euros, starting on 16 July.
Following the completion of these two transactions, the board of directors of Auplata will welcome two new members, namely, BGPP represented by Luc Gerard, and Alex Van Hoeken as an independent director.
