AccorHotels (PA:ACCP) announced that it had finalized the acquisition of ResDiary, reservation platform for restaurants that employs more than 100 people in six countries, transaction, whose financial terms were not specified by the hotel group.
Particularly well established in the Asia-Pacific region and in Great Britain, the platform is active in 60 countries in the world, with 166 million of covered distributed per year to the benefit of 8.600 institutions. Founded in 2004, ResDiary off benefits for the past six years.
AccorHotels specifies that ResDiary offers the restorers a high quality service, management of tables, using a technology to optimize their revenue while controlling their operating costs.
