The group Minafin now has a new pool of financial investors in the minority with Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners, Siparex, CM-CIC Investment and Growth in North-Pas-de-Calais.

Founded in 2004 by Frédéric Gauchet, Minafin is an international group, active in fine chemicals and associated services. The Group is primarily present in the development and manufacturing of active principles and key components at the destination of the life sciences and high technologies. With a broad range of skills and proprietary technologies that is organized around 5 brands dedicated, Minafin imposes itself today as a specialist of the chemistry on each of their trades. The Group has since its inception a strong growth, both organic but also external. Today located in Europe and the United States, Minafin realized a consolidated turnover of 159 million Euros in 2016.
This restructuring of the capital can provide liquidity to the financial shareholders minority current : Matignon Investissement, CM-CIC Investissement, Croissance Nord-Pas de Calais and Cathay Capital, and to renew the shareholder base of the financial group.
