In a context of strong growth, the Group B&B HOTELS strengthens its management teams in welcoming Celine Vercollier to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Group.
After announcing record results on all markets where it operates, as well as a number of hotel openings, as yet, never achieved, the Group B&B HOTELS is structure to continue its development.
Celine Vercollier has for first mission to accompany and ensure the financing of the growth of the Group whose goal is to increase his park of hotels 400 units to date to 600 by 2020, strengthening its financial structure, in a context of increasing internationalization.
Since 2013, Céline Vercollier was in the role of CFO within the group of restaurants Quick, after having previously been CFO delegated and Responsible for the financial control of the company.
Previously, she was in charge of the financial control of the division’s sales Cigarettes of Altadis for 7 years, after internal auditor chez Areva for 2 years and auditor at Salustro Reydel for 3 years.
“Celine Vercollier brings over 20 years of experience in the field of finance, with a high level of competence in raising funds on the financial markets. Group CFO Quick, she was faced with the same challenges of networks and services, but also real estate development or franchise our Group,” says Fabrice Collet, general Director of Groupe B&B HOTELS. “This experience will be put at the service of the growth of the company, which intends to meet the requirements of the standards of large international groups. ”
42 years old and a graduate of the Ecole supérieure de commerce of Reims in Finance, Management and Audit, it will refer directly to Fabrice Collet.
