Attached to Vincent Magnon, managing director of SPIE ICS and SPIE Facilities, Cécile Paillard is responsible for the definition and deployment of the policy of internal and external communication for the two entities.
Cécile Paillard, 48 years old, graduated with a Master’s in Management from the Institut d’administration des Entreprises de Paris (IAE Paris). She began her career in Human Resources at AFNOR, before working in the marketing of services. She has held the position of director of communications at the international law firm Clifford Chance, between 1999 and 2013. Before joining SPIE ICS, Cécile Paillard was communications director of the Crédit Immobilier de France.
