The preliminary notice comprising the agenda and draft resolutions was published in the BALO on may 2, 2017 and the notice of meeting has been published in the BALO of the may 19, 2017 and in a journal of legal announcements (‘JIR) of 19 may 2017.
The preparatory documents for the Assembly set out in article R. 225-73-1 of the French commercial Code will be put online on the website of the company (www.cboterritoria.com) no later than the twenty-first day preceding the meeting.
The preparatory documents for the Assembly will also be kept at the disposal of shareholders as of the convening of the meeting. Thus, in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions :
Any registered shareholder may, until the fifth day inclusive before the Meeting, request the Company to send him the documents referred to in articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the French commercial Code, if applicable, at its request, by electronic means. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of attendance in the bearer securities accounts held by the authorized intermediary ;
Any shareholder may inspect the documents referred to in articles L. 225-115 and R. 225-83 of the French commercial Code at the Company’s headquarters.
