MND announces the introduction of new tools of financing to strengthen its financial structure and support its strategic plan horizon 2020, 150 million euros of turnover and 8% to 10% margin.
It has the intention to proceed with the issuance of convertible bonds for € 10 million in nominal value with european investors, as well as the establishment of a line of multi-annual financing by own funds of an amount maximum of $ 30 million.
The group development of ski areas, recreation sites, access roads and other infrastructure in the mountains, is also part of a project of free allocation of WARRANTS to all shareholders subject to the general meeting of 27 September.
