Paris, 23 June 2017 – In the framework of the exhibition Vivatech, which was held from 15 to 17 June 2017, Worldline [Euronext : WLN], european leader and key player in the payments sector, and transactional services, and the Group credit Cards, have partnered to offer a new customer journey based on the chatbot, as a new channel of interaction between merchants and consumers. This new concept of “business conversational” put the effect in relation to the instant messaging Facebook Messenger of a consumer with the chatbot of a trader.
