PARIS – MAY 18, 2017 – Teleperformance, the world leader in management omnicanal customer experience by outsourcing, announces that its operations in the Philippines have been rewarded by two major trophies awarded by the economic zone Authority of the Philippines (PEZA) to 2017 : Best employer of the year and Best project of service to the community. The objective of PEZA is to create economic zones attractive for foreign investors. These prizes were awarded to Teleperformance in the Philippines by Mr. Ramon M. Lopez, minister of the philippines of Trade and Industry, and Mrs. Charito Booc Plaza, director-general of PEZA. The ceremony took place on April 4 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, on the occasion of the party organized by the PEZA dedicated to companies that have invested in the region. This is the third time that Teleperformance Philippines sees himself awarded the trophy for the Best project in the service of the community, but this is the first time that the company is named the Best employer of the year.

Teleperformance in the Philippines is praised for the thousands of jobs it provides and for the quality of its training programmes, to the work environment safe and enjoyable as it guarantees to its employees, not to mention the strength of its commercial performance. Founded in 1996 with a hundred employees, Teleperformance Philippines had 40 000 employees twenty years later. In this regard, the year 2016 was an important step in the growth of the company.
