FFP disposes of its interest in the share capital of Ipsos

In 2011, FFP is coming to the capital of LT Participations, the reference shareholder of the Ipsos group, taking a stake of 10.1% and by serving on the boards of directors of LT Participations and Ipsos. FFP has participated in the financing of the acquisition of Synovate, which has enabled Ipsos to become no. 3 in the world of education.

In the second half of 2016, Didier Truchot has opened up the capital of its holding company, DT & Partners, 144 executive officers, in order to perpetuate the role of this company as the main shareholder of reference of Ipsos. Following this transaction, the companies of LT Participations and Ipsos have merged. FFP has become a shareholder in direct Ipsos with participation being limited to 2.1% of the share capital. FFP was then assigned these past few weeks on the market, its securities Ipsos for an amount of€ 30 Million.

On this occasion, Robert Peugeot said : “FFP is associated in 2011 with the founders and major shareholders, Didier Truchot and Jean-Marc Lech, to complete the acquisition transforming Synovate positioning Ipsos among the global leaders in its business. After having accompanied the group for 6 years, and after the reorganisation of its ownership structure, FFP sold its participation become less significant.
