In Canada, the supreme Court has rejected the appeal of our canadian subsidiary against the judgment of October 26, 2016 to the Quebec Court of appeal which had allowed the opening of a group action procedure. This procedure will therefore continue on the merits before the superior Court of Quebec. No amount has been accrued in respect of this dispute.
